Job Summary
As a Repair Technician, you will perform repairs and restoration work on patios, walkways, steps, retaining walls, and other masonry exteriors and hardscape features allowing our pressure washing and sealing services to continue. Your work ensures long-lasting, beautiful results that protect client investments.
Key Responsibilities

Reset, level, and reinstall pavers, concrete slabs, or stone units to correct uneven surfaces, settling, or heaving issues.

Repair or replace edging/restraint systems (plastic, metal, concrete) to prevent shifting or spreading.

Install polymeric sand in paver joints, including sweeping, compacting, and proper activation/watering for weed-resistant, durable joints.

Repair masonry steps, including repointing mortar joints, resetting treads/risers, and addressing cracks or loose elements.

Perform concrete repairs such as patching cracks, resurfacing, leveling sunken areas, or replacing damaged sections.

Handle additional masonry repairs as needed, including brick/stone repointing, chimney or wall fixes, and minor tuckpointing.

Inspect job sites Pre and post-pressure washing/sealing to identify repair needs and coordinate with crew leads.

Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles; ensure job sites are clean, safe, and left in better condition than found.

Communicate professionally with clients about work progress and any additional findings.

Follow safety protocols and company standards for all tasks.
Qualifications & Skills

1–3+ years of experience in hardscape/paver installation, masonry repair, concrete work, or related field (preferred but willing to train the right candidate).

Hands-on knowledge of polymeric sand installation techniques (sweeping, compaction, activation).

Familiarity with tools including plate compactors, masonry saws, levels, trowels, mixers, and hand tools.

Physically fit – able to lift 50–80 lbs, stand/kneel/bend for extended periods, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (company vehicles provided for jobs).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Experience with pressure washing or sealing is a plus (we provide training).
