Raffle - Official Rules

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of New Hampshire who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family/household members of Sponsor are not eligible.

How to Enter: No purchase necessary. To enter, visit the Boss Wash booth during show hours and complete an official entry form with your full name, address, phone number, and email address. Limit one entry per household. Entries must be received by show close on March 15, 2026, 4pm.  No mechanical reproductions or illegible entries accepted.

Prizes & Approximate Retail Values (ARV):

• 1st Prize (1 winner): Full pressure wash of patio, walkway, and steps with sealing – up to 600 sq ft (ARV: $1500).

• 2nd Prize (2 winners): 50% off the above service – up to 600 sq ft (ARV: $750 each).

• 3rd Prize (3 winners): 25% off the above service – up to 600 sq ft (ARV: $325 each).

Repairs, sanding, or additional services not included. Prizes non-transferable, no cash alternative except at Sponsor's discretion. Must be redeemed within 6 months of win notification.  Work Season ends 10/15/26

Drawing & Winner Notification: A random drawing will be held on March 17, 2026, at approximately 8:00 AM at the Boss Wash. Winners will be notified by phone, email, and announced on Sponsor's social media (using first name and last initial). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize Claim & Delivery: Winners must respond within 7 days to claim prize and provide any required info (e.g., for tax purposes). Prizes will be delivered or scheduled at no cost to winner (except winner's travel to service site if applicable) within 10 days of verification. Sponsor not responsible for lost/delayed prizes.  If Winners do not respond w/in 7 days, the Prize Will go to the next Winner.

Taxes & Reporting: Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. If any prize ARV exceeds $600, Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC.

General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to these rules and Sponsor's decisions (final on all matters). Sponsor reserves right to cancel/modify if fraud, technical issues, or other causes corrupt the promotion. Promotion subject to all applicable laws. No purchase or payment improves chances of winning.

Privacy: Entry info collected for prize fulfillment and marketing; see Sponsor's privacy policy. – No customer information will be sold or used fraudulently

Governing Law: This promotion is governed by New Hampshire law. Disputes resolved in courts of Manchester, NH.
